The page is at http://rmweb.indiana.edu/orm/TripInsurance.cfm If you open it in Mozilla with the Error Console active you'll see the error. The tab's text displays but not the tab and nothing happens to open up the extruder. |

Looking at your page I don't get javascript error but it seams you don't include the CSS file relative to the extruder... inc/mbExtruder.css; without this it wouldn't work. |
