Hello guys, this player is great, but I can't start it in IE 8. It runs great in Firefox 4 and IE 9. When I open the demo page of the player http://pupunzi.com/mb.components/mb.miniAudioPlayer/demo/demo.html, it runs perfect in IE 8. But when I open my page in IE 8, the player shows up, but nothing happens, when I click "play". Is there anything specific for IE 8? Thanks! |

Hi, I think you have such problems with IE8 because it renders sounds via the swf fallback (IE8 doesn't support the AUDIO and VIDEO HTML5 elements) and if you run it locally the embedded swf needs some specific permission to get the audio files. You can try to add the path of your local html file to the allowed list from the "Global Security Settings panel": http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager04.html.
